Following field survey which took place on 31st May 2026, Open Woods has raised a formal objection, review of license and ecological surveys to be conducted reflecting rare species of birds, impacts on air pollution and waterways and change in Enfield Council’s green belt protection position this month.

Our 3rd June 2026 letter raising concern to Forestry Commission England , Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA), London Borough of Enfield Council and the London Assembly requesting urgent action.
